The Rolls Building, off Fetter Lane in London, houses the combined High Court business. Including Property and commercial capability of the Chancery Division (Bankruptcy and Insolvency). Also, the Admiralty and Commercial Court and the Technology and Construction Court.

Mivan won contract to fit out 34 court rooms. Also, the associated ancillary office areas and public spaces over six floors. This included the supply and fit out of various specialist bespoke joinery items.
