Mivan, the leading fit out and bespoke joinery specialists, have completed the full fit out of a new pool, spa, and gym at The Broadway, one of Central London’s largest prime residential sites.

The Broadway is set on the former site of the Metropolitan Police headquarters and within walking distance of the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and St. James’ Park. It is a modern, fashionable, and high-end residential development. Comprising six grand towers with 258 luxury apartments.

Mivan completed the full turnkey fit-out of the 5-star amenity spaces, which include the 16,000 sq. feet of health, fitness and spa amenities that afford residents the chance to relax and recharge in an exceptional setting.
