Bespoke Joinery
Mivan is famous for world class joinery skills. Operating out of a 110,000 sq. ft. modern factory for the manufacture of bespoke joinery and architectural metalwork. Our design team work innovatively to develop our client’s brief. Whilst always offering value engineering solutions.
Wood Machine Shop
The wood machine shop has the latest in technological equipment. High speed moulders, computerised beam sawing, wide belt sanders, and computerised 5-axis CNC machines. Mivan always invests in the latest innovations and equipment. This helps to keep the facility at the cutting edge of bespoke joinery and manufacturing.
Spray Shop
Mivan’s spray shop combine both traditional and modern techniques to apply bespoke finishes to any project. Our state-of-the-art spray line technology ensures the highest quality of finish.
Assembly Shop
Our experienced multi skilled team pre-assemble all components. This is to check for tolerance and quality before dispatch to site.
Metal Works Department
Mivan’s Metal Works Department are experts in metal forming and welding techniques. Combining modern techniques with traditional skills and experience. The craftsmen have experience in working in a wide range of materials. From mild steel, brass, copper, stainless steel, bronze, and other metal surface finishes.
Modular
Mivan Modular Solutions offers an offsite solution tailored to each individual construction project. We manufacture in our state-of-the-art factory. This ensures consistent quality across commercial, residential, hospitality and marine interiors sectors. We offer two bespoke modular solutions depending on client need and logistical constraints:
- Our Bathroom Pods are a ‘plug and play’. Completely constructed unit, delivered to site ready for final installation and commissioning.
- Our panel-based wall solution offers a flexible alternative to our bathroom pods. Suitable on projects with logistical constraints that do not allow the use of our bathroom pod.
