MIVAN SET FOR MULTI-MILLION POUND DEBUT ON BRAODWAY

MIVAN, specialist joinery and interior fit-out company based in Antrim, has been awarded a multi-million-pound contract to fit-out the swimming pool and amenity spaces on The Broadway development in Westminster, London, which is being delivered by main contractor Multiplex.

The Broadway is set on the former site of the Metropolitan Police headquarters and within walking distance of the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and St. James’ Park. It is a modern and fashionable residential development comprising six grand towers with 258 luxury apartments, boasting spectacular views across the city.

Mivan will be undertaking the full turnkey fit-out of the 5-star amenity spaces which include the 25m swimming pool, vitality pool, spa and state of the art gym.
