This Pride Month, we proudly stood together with our sister companies, MJM Marine, Topglass, and NTS to champion equality, celebrate diversity, provide equal opportunities for career growth, and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered.

To mark this special occasion, we partnered with Cara-Friend, an organisation dedicated to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Through this collaboration, we provided valuable training sessions on LGBTQIA+ awareness and inclusivity, ensuring our team is well-equipped to support and uplift every individual.

Moreover, we unveiled our Heroes Pride Wall, showcasing inspiring stories and achievements from members of the LGBTQIA+ community. This wall serves as a testament to the strength, courage, and resilience of these heroes, and as a constant reminder of the importance of inclusivity in our workplace.

We wanted to recognise and honour the LGBTQIA+ community and by celebrating Pride Month, we are reminded of the importance of inclusivity in creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.
